About Me

Hi, I'm Stefano Di Maria,

I am a freelance golf photographer with more than 20 years

of experience on the course.

I have shot in many different countries

and many different competitions

including Ryder Cups, Majors, Olympics

and many of the most important golf tournaments in the world.

What captured my interest in photographing golf in particular

was the never ending challenge it brings.

It is an emotionally charged sport so.

It is passion, respect, education, constancy.

Photography is my personal and creative way

of spreading it and above all, of telling it.

Due to this, my pictures are based on the motions and passions

seen on the course and so every frame is different and unique.

This approach has shaped me into a flexible

and versatile photographer,

always focused on capturing the emotional side of the game.

Sharing my images with a wide audience is something

I truly enjoy, especially when they connect with the story

 behind each shot.
